Good news: Moodle is up and running again!
The issues that have affected Moodle at the start of the academic year have been resolved. Warm thanks for your patience during the exceptional situation!
A fix to the Moodle service disruption to be deployed on Wed September 17 – service break expected between 8–12
We will introduce a new distributed Moodle system (a new server cluster) as a resolution to the issue. This will help manage the increased load observed in the system.
Solution in sight for Moodle’s problems
We are currently conducting final tests and will assess on Monday, September 15, whether the solution is ready to be implemented.
