Kaisa House Student Advice renewed: familiar services now available every weekday at the new HelsinkiUni Help service point

HelsinkiUni Help is the University’s new advisory service that you can contact regardless of the topic of your enquiry. The digital service opened in November, and during 2026 HelsinkiUni Help will also expand to the campuses.  

The first HelsinkiUni Help service point opens in Kaisa House on 19 January 2026. You can find it in the same place as the former Kaisa House Student Advice service point.

As a student, you will receive all the familiar general student advice services at the new service point – now with extended opening hours.  

During the first week, the service point will be open on weekdays from 12:00 to 15:00. Starting from Monday 26 January, we’ll be here for you every weekday from 9:00 to 15:00.

And don't forget that HelsinkiUni Help also helps you online. In the digital service, you can:

• Search information from several University web services with a single search function.
• Chat with specialists on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00.
• Submit a service request. Service requests are answered on weekdays.

HelsinkiUni Help service points will also open later this year in Kumpula, Meilahti and Viikki. We will publish updates as new service points open. You can also follow the schedule on HelsinkiUni Help’s service point page.
